We implore all customers to check the SIZE GUIDE before purchasing shapewear or Gymwear. Do not purchase shapewear smaller than your current size. As the sizes are designed to stretch only up to the sizes mentioned on the shape guide.

Postage time frames will vary depending on your location. If you are within Australia postage can be from 2-10 business days.

As we are an Australian based company we only ship within Australia through our website. However we do offer international shipping via our Amazon & Etsy Shops.

For address changes, please contact us immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If the order is not yet processed, we may be able to accommodate. If the order has shipped, we suggest you reach out to Australia Post with your tracking number as they will be the best bet in redirecting a package. Please note we are not responsible for errors when customers have input an incorrect shipping address, and if returned to our warehouse, re-shipment charges will be incurred by the customer.

Yes, we do offer express shipping at checkout, And for express shipping we charge additional delivery costs.

If your item was damaged or lost in transit please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you with this matter. Please make sure to contact us within 48 hours after receiving the products.

We accept card payments including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Zip pay, Afterpay is an option for those shopping within Australia.

We are an Australian business & all orders will be charged in Australian dollars.

If you don't love what you have purchased we will gladly provide a refund. However we do not refund any shapewear items due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure that you check the size guide prior to purchasing. We offer refunds within 28 days from the date of purchase. Please see our return policy below;

SHAPEWEAR

1. We do not offer returns for SHAPEWEAR, due to hygiene and safety reasons. We implore all customers to check the SIZE GUIDE before purchasing shapewear. Do not purchase shapewear smaller than your current size. As the sizes are designed to stretch only up to the sizes mentioned on the shape guide.

GYMWEAR

1. The return must be initiated within 28 days of purchasing from our site.
2. The items must be in original condition with all labels, packaging, and undamaged.
3. Please go to connect with us tab and fill out a return query. And we will contact you with further instructions.
4. We will require you to post the products back to us in registered or express post at your own cost and provide us the tracking number.
5. Once we receive the goods in original condition we will provide a refund via electronic transfer or via afterpay.

We currently do not exchange products, if you are not happy with the product you have purchased please complete a refund given that the product meets the return policy requirements, we will happily refund your money. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ANY SHAPEWEAR ITEMS.
